All employers are invited to host a careers day at their office for underrepresented groups on Thursday, 18th September 2025.

This single day can ignite aspirations, build connections, and showcase the diverse talent your organisation needs.

    Does the event have to be on 18th September?

    No – Events can be hosted anytime in September. However, only events on 18th September qualify as official OYD events and count towards the national impact assessment.
