Requirements:

Previous work experience in corporate finance or investment banking, with a 2:1 or 
above degree (or equivalent) qualification. 
A genuine interest in finance and the global macroeconomic environment, along with a natural curiosity about current affairs. 
Excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and an eagerness to learn and grow. 
Demonstrated leadership or involvement in activities outside your degree, such as voluntary work, sports, military, or music. 
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, 
and resilience to thrive in a dynamic 
environment. 
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with business-level fluency in English. Desirable: proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
