President at ICAEW
David has recently retired from KPMG where he worked since graduating from the London School of Economics in 1982. He qualified in 1985 and became a partner in 1996, working primarily with large multinational organisations which have included AstraZeneca, Bunzl, Diageo, Cadbury, Eurotunnel, Johnson Matthey, United Biscuits and VT Group.
Whilst at KPMG, he held a number of management roles, including a member of both the Board and Executive Committee of KPMG in the UK (2012-2018); Head of Accounting Advisory Services (2008- 2011); Head of Audit for KPMG’S Consumer and industrial Markets group (2004-2007); and Head of KPMG’s Drinks sector (2001-2007).
In addition to being a Council member since 2010, his work with the ICAEW has included membership of the Professional Standards Board (2011-2012) and of the Technical Strategy Board (2012-2018), including as chair (since 2013).
Beyond the ICAEW, David was previously a member of the Working Group and Technical Task Force of the International Integrated Reporting Committee and responsible for KPMG’s relationships with Tomorrow’s Company and the Directors’ Forum.
He is also a Court Assistant of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Justice of the Peace and a trustee of the Treloar Trust.

Stella is a Africa-focused Banker with cross-functional experience across Private & Business Banking, Corporate Banking, Risk Management, Product Development, Internal Control & Process re-engineering.
She has built NAMEFCMB BANK’s Retail Banking business from a concept on paper in 2018 to a now thriving division of the bank providing boutique UK Banking services to Businesses and High Networth Individuals. As Head of Marketing for the Bank she leads the brand positioning, social media & advertising content and Partnership Management.
Head of Structured FX Sale at Lloyds Banking Group
Having completed and achieved a First Class degree in Mathematics in 2004, Dharmesh’s first entry point into the world of markets was with an FX brokerage helping private clients purchase properties overseas. Within 18 months he went from a person in the accounts opening team to the leading private client salesperson and was ready to test himself with more complex products. A move to an associate position at HSBC in 2006 exposed Dharmesh to the world of FX options where his logic and out of the box thinking allowed him to build bespoke FX option structures with ease. A move to Lloyds Bank as an Associate Director in 2010 has seen Dharmesh’s career progress to where he is currently the Head of the Structured FX Sales team in CB Markets. This has given Dharmesh ownership of the FX Option business within Corporate Sales with the main focus of this role to grow the FX Option business and transforming the way Lloyds works with its clients by driving digitization in Corporate Sales. Away from the day job, Dharmesh is very active in opening up career opportunities to people from all backgrounds and is the chair of RISE in Markets, a working group focusing on making Markets a more inclusive place to work.
Managing Director at TD Securities
Lucy is Head of Global Operations and Business Services, Europe, at TD Securities.
Lucy joined TD in October 2018 to lead TD Securities’ Global Operations and Business Services in Europe. She is responsible for operational functions performed in the region and services leveraged from core centres of excellence supporting the European franchise.
Prior to joining TD, Lucy spent over 13 years with Goldman Sachs International and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. She is highly committed and client-oriented, with a strong track record of building, managing, and motivating local and global teams across diverse businesses and product areas.
Lucy is driving active partnering with Sales & Trading and other lines of business to promote growth by supporting new initiatives and delivering operational excellence.
Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and was called to the Bar in 2004.
Wealth Relationship Manager at UBS Brazil
Paulo is an experienced entrepreneur having been involved in the set-up of several companies in Brazil and a multicultural banker, based in Zurich, with 15+ years’ experience in the financial sector in Brazil and Europe (London and Zurich).
Having changed his career over 3 times, from real estate to hospitality and banking where he has worked for the past 15 years.
Paulo also mentors social enterprise start-ups and is the COO of Educa Foundation, a UK based charity focused on the education of children in Brazil.
Paulo is an Agricultural Engineer from UFSCar (Brazil) and earned his MBA through IUM – International University of Monaco (class of 2008).
Father of Sarah and Rachel, he enjoys cooking especially barbecues, long walks and spending time acquiring new friends.

Nigerian Born, Dyslexic Social entrepreneur James Adeleke is on a mission to change the world (at least to make it fairer).
He is CEO and Founder of Generation Success, an award-winning social enterprise that started after the London riots. Rising from the riots came a desire to be part of the change. Driving by the fundamental belief, your career should not be defined by your birth and witnessing the struggle that many of his contemporaries in law school faced in their careers, due to social or economic background James set about taken action.
